摘 要:本文以湖北省为例,针对露天矿的矿业权布局、生态矿山构建以及矿产资源环保利用等方面存在的挑战,从多维度进行了深入分析。通过政府引导、政策优化、社会参与以及市场机制的有机结合,探讨了露天矿的矿山地质环境恢复的多种途径和模式。在此基础上,构建了一套全面、系统的露天矿绿色转型体系,实现了绿色化、低碳化和高效化转型。该模式不仅有效提升了露天矿矿产资源的开发利用效率,还促进了矿业经济与生态环境的和谐共生,为其他地区提供了有益的借鉴和参考。This article takes Hubei Province as an example to conduct in-depth analysis from multiple dimen-sions on the challenges of mining rights layout,ecological mine construction,and environmental protection utiliza-tion of mineral resources in open-pit mines.Through the organic combination of government guidance,policy optimization,social participation,and market mechanisms,various approaches and models for the geological environment restoration of open-pit mines were explored.On this basis,a comprehensive and systematic green transformation system for open-pit mines has been constructed,achieving green,low-carbon,and efficient transformation.This model not only effectively improves the development and utilization efficiency of open-pit mineral resources,but also promotes the harmonious coexistence of mining economy and ecological environment,providing useful reference and guidance for other regions.
