新时期地勘单位改革发展浅析

摘　　要：本文通过查阅相关资料结合地勘单位改革发展实际,分析研究了地勘单位的发展历史沿革和存在问题,提出了地勘单位改革的一点建议和思考。地勘单位的转型发展是社会发展的需要,虽然充满挑战,但也孕育着无限可能,不仅要遵循改革与发展的科学逻辑,还要关注改革与发展中所存在的现实问题,必须全国一盘棋、分类统筹推进,更加注重人才战略,持续提升科技创新引领能力,不断向下游延伸产业链,争取相关红利,建立具有核心竞争力的现代企业。By consulting relevant materials and combining with the actual reform and development of geologi-cal prospecting units,this paper analyzes and studies the development history and existence of geological prospect-ing units,and puts forward some suggestions and thoughts on the reform of geological prospecting units.The transformation of geological exploration unit development is the need of social development,although full of chal-lenges,but also breeds the infinite possibility,not only to follow the scientific logic of reform and development,but also pay attention to the practical problems existing in the reform and development,must be the national chess game,classification as a whole,pay more attention to talent strategy,continue to improve scientific and technologi-cal innovation lead ability,continuously to the downstream industry chain,strive for related dividends,establish a modern enterprise with core competitiveness.
