关于制灰用石灰岩化学成分一般要求是否需要增加MgO质量分数的探讨

摘  要:《矿产地质勘查规范石灰岩、水泥配料类》(DZ/T0213-2020)中冶金熔剂用、电石用、制碱用石灰岩,脱硫用石灰岩,玻璃用石灰岩,水泥原料矿石化学成分一般要求中均对MgO质量分数有着明确要求,但制灰用石灰岩化学成分一般要求却未对MgO质量分数有要求。本文通过荆门市八里干沟矿区制灰用石灰岩勘探项目,对制灰用石灰岩化学成分一般要求是否需要增加MgO质量分数进行了一定深度的探讨,讨论结果表明制灰用石灰岩化学成分一般要求适宜增加MgO质量分数,其值通过试验数据宜定在5%,通过增加MgO质量分数的限定,利于矿石质量品质以及后期加工技术性能的提升。本文可以对后续《矿产地质勘查规范石灰岩、水泥配料类》(DZ/T0213-2020)的修订起到一定的借鉴作用。In the"Code for Mineral Geological Exploration Limestone and Cement Ingredients"(DZ/T 0213-2020),there are clear requirements for MgO mass fraction in the general requirements for the chemical composition of metallurgical flux,calcium carbide,alkali making limestone,desulfurization limestone,glass limestone,and cement raw materials.However,there is no requirement of MgO mass fraction for the chemical composition of lime making limestone.In this paper,through the ash limestone exploration project in Baligangou mining area of Jingmen City,the general requirements for the chemical composition of ash limestone need to increase the MgO mass fraction.The discussion results show that the general requirements for the chemical composition of ash limestone need to increase the MgO mass fraction,and the value should be set at 5%according to the test data.By increasing the limit of MgO mass fraction,it is beneficial to improve the quality of ore and the performance of postprocessing technology.This paper can play a certain role in the subsequent revision of the Code for Mineral Geological Exploration Limestone and Cement Ingredients(DZ/T 0213-2020).
