摘　　要：在望江坳陷下扬子地区大口径油气调查井钻探施工过程中,由于该地区经历多期构造运动,导致地质条件复杂,地层存在多期反转,地层倾角大,地层褶皱破碎,裂缝大量发育,且裂缝多被方解石、石英矿物充填。该区地层岩性复杂,发育灰岩、膏岩、泥质灰岩、灰质泥岩、泥质页岩、煤层等多种岩性。复杂的地层条件,软硬矿物的不均匀分布,导致钻探过程中极易发生井斜,钻头磨损严重,对钻探施工效率和质量产生较大影响。针对这一问题,本文通过钻头优选、钻具组合优化,适时采用MWD随钻测斜纠斜技术,形成了复杂构造地层防斜打快复合钻进技术,达到了预期效果,保证了完井质量,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。During the drilling construction process of large-diameter oil and gas exploration wells in the Lower Yangtze area of the Wangjiang Depression,due to the fact that this area has experienced multiple periods of tectonic movements,the geological conditions are complex.There are multiple periods of strata inversion,large dip angles of strata,folded and fractured strata,and a large number of fractures have developed.Moreover,most of the fractures are filled with calcite and quartz minerals.The lithology of the formation is complex,with the development of various lithologies such as limestone,gypsum rock,argillaceous limestone,calcareous mudstone,argillaceous shale,and coal seams.The complex geological conditions and uneven distribution of soft and hard minerals lead to easy well deviation and severe wear of drill bits during the drilling process,which has a significant impact on the efficiency and quality of drilling construction.In view of this problem,through bit optimization,drill-ing tool Combinatorial optimization,MWD deviation measurement while drilling and deviation correction technol-ogy is adopted at the right time,forming a composite drilling technology of deviation prevention and fast drilling in complex structure formation,achieving the expected effect,ensuring the completion quality,and achieving good economic and social benefits.
