摘 要:为减少矿产资源开发过程对环境造成影响,实现资源开发与环境保护相协调,建立环境与资源平衡体系已成为中国矿企转型升级的必由之路。土地平衡对绿色矿山资源与环境平衡体系的构建至关重要。本文明确了土地平衡的定义,在分析土地平衡关系和简述土地平衡工具的基础上提出并解释了土地平衡计算公式,从治理受破坏土地、减少土地损毁总量、开展土地复垦、推进土地交易四个角度给出了实现土地平衡的建议,为中国绿色矿山的发展提供助力。In order to reduce the impact on the environment caused by the development process of mineral resources,and to realize the coordination between resource development and environmental protection,the establishment of an environmental and resource balance system has become a necessary path for the transformation and upgrading of China's mining enterprises.Land balance is crucial to the construction of green mine resource and environment balance system.This paper clarifies the definition of land balance,proposes and explains the land balance calculation formula on the basis of analyzing the relationship between land balance and briefly describ-ing the land balance tools,and gives suggestions for realizing land balance from the four perspectives of treating the damaged land,reducing the total amount of land destruction,carrying out land reclamation,and promoting the land trade,which provides assistance for the development of green mines in China.
