外掺短切纤维对TRC基体高温力学性能的影响

摘  要:为提高传统纤维编织网增强混凝土(TRC)中基体材料的高温力学性能,提出外掺短切纤维至TRC材料的基体中。为明确短切纤维对TRC基体材料高温后力学性能的影响规律,开展其高温后的力学性能试验,并考虑纤维掺量、纤维种类和高温处理时间等因素的影响。研究结果表明,短切钢纤维和碳纤维的加入能有效提升TRC基体试件常温及高温后抗压强度和抗折强度,特别是短切钢纤维的加入能有效改善试件高温后的抗压强度,较对照组而言,其提高幅度为40%~50%;而外掺短切聚丙烯纤维对TRC基体材料的残余力学性能产生不利影响。此外短切纤维的掺入对试件相对残余抗折强度的影响较小。In order to improve the high temperature mechanical properties of matrix for textile reinforced concrete(TRC),the addition of chopped fibers to the TRC matrix was proposed.To investigate the influence of chopped fibers on the mechanical properties of the TRC matrix after high temperature,the residual mechanical properties tests were conducted,taking into accouint such key factors as fiber content,fiber types and high temperature time.The results show that the addition of chopped steel fiber and carbon fiber can improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of the fine concrete both at room temperature and after high temperature.Among these chopped fibers,the addition of chopped steel fiber had the best effect on the residual compressive strength of the specimens,which was 40%~50%higher than that of the control group.The incorporation of chopped polypropylene fiber had an adverse effect on the mechanical properties of the specimens after high temperature.The way of adding chopped fibers had little effect on the relative residual flexural strength of the specimens.
