摘 要:针对桥面铺装材料的选择,橡胶水泥基材料相较于混凝土具有更好的动态力学性能和抗渗性,可有效提升桥面铺装材料的使用寿命。为了更有效地指导橡胶水泥基材料在工程实践中的应用,研究了橡胶掺量、改性方式、养护方法对橡胶水泥基材料劈裂抗拉强度和抗冲击性能的影响。通过快速氯离子迁移系数法(RCM)对橡胶水泥基材料进行抗氯离子渗透性的测试。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)揭示了橡胶水泥基材料内部微观特性与水泥基材料耐久性能的关联。结果表明,高温养护环境下橡胶水泥基材料的劈裂抗拉强度可达到最大值,橡胶水泥基材料抗冲击强度随着橡胶掺量的增加呈现先增加后减小的变化趋势,当橡胶掺量为20%时,橡胶水泥基材料的抗冲击强度最高。随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,橡胶水泥基材料的氯离子扩散系数有明显的下降趋势,改性橡胶颗粒水泥基材料的氯离子扩散系数有小幅提升。在不同养护环境下,橡胶水泥基材料的氯离子扩散系数排序为:水养>标准养护>自然养护>高温养护,运用灰色GM(1,1)模型预测橡胶水泥基材料氯离子扩散系数的精度等级为一级。For the selection of bridge deck paving materials,rubber cement-based materials have better dynamic mechanical properties and impermeability compared with concrete,which can effectively improve the service life of bridge deck paving materials.In order to more effectively guide the application of rubber coment-based materials in engineering practice,this study investigates the effects of rubber mixing amount,modification method,and maintenance method on the split tensile strength and impact resistance of rubber coment-based materials.The resistance of rubber coment-based materials to chloride permeability was tested by the rapid chloride migration coefficient(RCM)method.The correlation between the internal microscopic properties of rubber coment-based materials and the durability performance of coment-based materials was revealed with the aid of scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that:the splitting tensile strength of rubber coment-based materials can reach the maximum value under the high temperature maintenance environment;the impact strength of rubber coment-based materials shows a trend of increasing and then decreasing with the increase of rubber doping,and the impact strength of rubber coment-based materials is the highest when the rubber doping is 20%;with the increase of rubber particles,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of rubberized cement-based materials has a significant downward trend,while the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of modified rubber particles cement-based materials has a slight increase;under different curing conditions,the chloride diffusion coefficient of rubberized cement-based materials is in the order of water curing>standard curing>natural curing>high temperature curing;the prediction accuracy of chloride ion diffusion coefficient of rubber cement-based material by grey GM(1,1)model is the first grade.
