摘　　要：本研究以东航MU5735坠机事故为例,分析突发事故灾难中救援民警的心理应激反应,构建“预防-应急-康复”三阶段疏导路径。通过心理韧性训练、体能强化、智能技术应用及制度保障,形成多层次干预体系,提出立法建议与社会资源整合方案,填补民警心理疏导系统性研究的空白,为优化救援人员心理健康支持机制提供理论与实践依据。Frequent sudden disasters underscore the vital role of rescue police officers,yet their prolonged exposure to high-pressure environments triggers psychological stress responses,jeopardizing individual health and operational efficiency.Existing studies predominantly focus on firefighters and medical staff,leaving systematic frameworks for police officers underdeveloped.Analyzing the China Eastern Airlines MU5735 crash,this study constructs a"Prevention-Emergency-Rehabilitation"model integrating resilience training,technology,and policy safeguards,aiming to address research gaps and enhance mental health support mechanisms for rescue personnel.
