摘　　要：随着我国老年人口数量的不断增长,为有效应对人口老龄化带来的问题,开展养老服务体系建设逐步成为政府、社会以及学术界共同关注的重点和研究热点。构建智慧养老服务体系已成为缓解养老压力、提升老年人生活质量的重要举措。目前,辽宁省智慧养老服务体系建设取得了一定的成绩,但是仍还存在诸多障碍。本文从分析辽宁省智慧养老服务体系建设现状出发,结合智慧养老服务发展中存在的问题,提出推进智慧养老服务体系建设和高质量发展的路径,以满足老年人多层次、多样化的养老服务需求,推动我国养老服务产业变革发展,提升辽宁省老年人的养老幸福指数。With the continuous growth of the elderly population in China,the construction of elderly care service system has gradually become a key focus and research hotspot for the government,society,and academia to effectively address the challenges posed by population aging.Liaoning Province has a large and rapidly growing elderly population,with a significant proportion of advanced age and disability.According to the seventh national population census,the aging population in Liaoning Province has reached 25.72%,ranking first in the country in terms of the degree of population aging.Building a smart elderly care service system has become an important measure to alleviate the pressure of elderly care and improve the quality of life for the elderly.At present,Liaoning Province has achieved certain results in the construction of its smart elderly care service system,but there are still many obstacles.This paper starts by analyzing the current situation of the smart elderly care service system in Liaoning Province,identifies the problems in the development of smart elderly care services,and proposes pathways to promote the construction and high-quality development of the smart elderly care service system.The aim is to meet the multi-level and diversified elderly care needs of the elderly,drive the transformation and development of China's elderly care service industry,and enhance the happiness index of the elderly in Liaoning Province.
