摘 要:印染废水含有大量有机染料、重金属离子以及其他有害物质,且其水质复杂,处理难度较大。传统的废水处理技术常面临成本高、处理效率低及资源浪费等问题,亟须寻找新的、高效的处理方法。近年来,纳米复合材料因具有优异的物理化学特性和高度可调的结构,逐渐成为印染废水处理领域的研究热点。纳米复合材料的大比表面积、多孔结构及表面活性功能使其在吸附、催化及电化学处理等方面展现出巨大潜力,在染料去除、重金属去除和有机污染物降解等方面取得了显著成果。然而,纳米复合材料的应用仍面临许多挑战。探讨纳米复合材料在印染废水处理中的应用机制,重点分析其在不同处理环节中的功能表现及研究进展,并对未来的发展趋势进行展望。Printing and dyeing wastewater contains a large amount of organic dyes,heavy metal ions and other harmful substances,and its water quality is complex and difficult to treat.Traditional wastewater treatment technologies often face problems such as high cost,low treatment efficiency and waste of resources,so it is urgent to find new and efficient treatment methods.In recent years,nanocomposites have gradually become a research hotspot in the field of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment because of their excellent physicochemical properties and highly adjustable structure.The large specific surface area,porous structure and surface active function of nanocomposites show great potential in adsorption,catalysis and electrochemical treatment,and have achieved remarkable results in dye removal,heavy metal removal and organic pollutant degradation.However,the application of nanocomposites still faces many challenges.The application mechanism of nano-composite materials in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater was discussed,its functional performance and research progress in different treatment links were focused on analyzing,and the future development trend was forecast.
