摘  要:为提高纯棉工装面料的阻燃与防紫外性能,以阳离子瓜尔胶(CG)和植酸(PA)为阻燃剂,采用静电层层自组装法对织物进行阻燃整理,再以苯并三唑(BTA)紫外线吸收剂对阻燃织物进行防紫外联合整理。测试了织物的表观形貌、化学结构、拉伸性能、热稳定性能、极限氧指数、垂直燃烧性能、防紫外性能以及吸湿性能。结果表明:阻燃以及阻燃防紫外联合整理后,棉纤维上出现凹槽,有扭曲收缩现象,表面有颗粒物覆盖;阻燃整理后织物热稳定性能提高,当组装层数为8 LBL时,织物断裂强力下降14.34%,断裂伸长率提高49.91%,LOI提高到26.3%;当紫外线吸收剂质量浓度为80 g/L时,织物UPF为51.97,吸湿扩散性能有所下降。In order to improve the flame retardant and UV protection of pure cotton tooling fabric,cationic guar gum(CG)and phytic acid(PA)were used as flame retardants,and the fabric was treated by electrostatic layer-by-layer self-assembly method.Then,benzotriazole(BTA)ultraviolet agent was used to perform UV protection combined finishing on the flame retardant fabric.The apparent morphology,chemical structure,tensile properties,thermal stability,limiting oxygen index,vertical combustion performance,UV protection,moisture absorption of the fabric were tested.The results showed that after flame retardant,and flame retardant with UV protection combined finishing,grooves appeared on the cotton fiber,twisted and contracted,and the surface of the cotton fiber was covered with particulate matter.The thermal stability of the fabric was improved after flame retardant finishing.When the number of assembly layers was 8 LBL,the breaking strength of the fabric decreased by 14.34%,the elongation at break increased by 49.91%,and the LOI increased to 26.3%.When the concentration of ultraviolet agent was 80 g/L,the UPF of the fabric was 51.97,and the moisture absorption and diffusion performance decreased.
