摘 要:针对印染废水处理问题,对稻壳炭进行磷酸改性,经过一系列的对比确定磷酸、稻壳炭质量比2∶1的改性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果相对最好。优化吸附条件为:MB初始质量浓度80 mg/L、炭用量10 mg、吸附时间320 min;最大吸附量为100.68 mg/g,MB的最大去除率为25.29%。该吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和准二级动力学方程,表明稻壳生物炭吸附MB的方式为单分子层化学吸附。以上结果通过响应面实验的验证,优化过后组合为:MB初始质量浓度100 mg/L、炭用量15 mg、吸附时间320 min,该组合的吸附量为174.54 mg/g。For the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater,rice husk carbon was modified with phosphoric acid.After a series of comparison,it was determined that the modified carbon with a mass ratio of phosphoric acid to rice husk carbon of 2∶1 had the best adsorption effect on methylene blue.The results showed that the optimal adsorption conditions were as follows:MB initial mass concentration 80 mg/L,carbon dosage 10 mg,adsorption time 320 min,the maximum adsorption capacity was 100.68 mg/g,the maximum removal rate of MB was 25.29%.The adsorption process conforms to the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and the quasi-second-order kinetic equation,which indicated that the adsorption method of MB by rice husk biochar was single molecular layer chemisorption.The above results were verified by response surface experiment.After optimization,the optimal combination was as follows:MB initial mass concentration 100 mg/L,carbon dosage 15 mg,adsorption time 320 min.The adsorption capacity of the combination was 174.54 mg/g.
