摘 要:以腰果酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚羧酸盐(CEPC)为主要组分制备了中性除油剂M-1191A。研究了CEPC及各组分占比对除油效果的影响。探讨了M-1191A在涤纶针织布上的除油工艺,分析了M-1191A用量、液碱用量、工作温度及保温时间对除油效果的影响。结果表明:当M-1191A用量为1 g/L、液碱用量为5 g/L、工作温度为100℃、保温时间为30 min时,残脂率为6.1%,除油效果较优,用于涤纶非连续式除油工艺时,缩短了工艺流程。A neutral oil removal agent M-1191A was prepared using cashew phenol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether carboxylate(CEPC)as the main component.The effect of CEPC and its component ratios on oil removal efficiency was studied.The oil removal process of M-1191A on polyester knitted fabric was explored,the effects of M-1191A dosage,liquid alkali dosage,working temperature,and insulation time on oil removal efficiency were analyzed.The results showed that when the dosage of M-1191A was 1 g/L,the dosage of liquid alkali was 5 g/L,the working temperature was 100℃,the holding time was 30 min,the residual fat percentage was 6.1%,the oil removal effect was better,and the process flow was shortened when used in the non-continuous polyester oil removal process.
