摘  要:长江水域是排放控制区,船舶进出长江须更换燃油。受船舶主辅机自身因素制约和船员操作水平影响,船舶由于转换燃油操作不当导致主机停机、更换燃油导致高压油泵故障、燃油滤器堵塞及喷油器故障等时有发生,酿成险情事故。通过分析燃油频繁转换导致高压油泵密封环异常断裂事故,提出对船舶更换燃油影响的思考及建议。The Yangtze River waters are under emission control,which means that ships shall change fuel oil upon their entry or exit of the waters.Under the influence of the restrictive factors of ship's main and auxiliary engines and seafarers'operation,various failures of the main engine caused by the fuel conversion of ships,failures of high-pressure oil pumps resulted from fuel conversion,blocking of fuel filters,and failures of fuel injectors have occurred from time to time,leading to dangers and accidents.This paper studies accidents involving abnormal rupture of the seal ring of high-pressure oil pumps after fuel conversion,and presents opinions and suggestions on the impact of oil conversion on ship's main engine.
