摘　　要：探讨了无人机技术在哈尔滨海事监管领域的创新应用及显著成效,特别是在应对冰封期、流凌期、汛期及枯水期等多重复杂自然条件时的独特优势,提出无人机在海事监管中存在的问题及其应对策略,为海事监管工作的转型升级提供有益的参考与借鉴。This paper studies the innovative application of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technology in the supervision of Harbin Maritime Safety Administration as well as the significant achievements already made,especially the unique advantage in the multiple complicated natural conditions during the freezeup season,ice flowing season,flood season,dry season,etc.It puts forward the existing problems and countermeasures of the UAV application in maritime supervision and provides reference for the transformation and upgrading of maritime supervision.
