摘  要:高速公路桥群孔跨布置设计过程中,存在自动化水平不高、依赖设计师经验、人工完成过程繁琐耗时等问题。为提高桥群孔跨布置设计效率,将设计经验与工程技术软件化,归纳桥群孔跨布置业务规则,构建考虑成本、侵限墩数量、控制约束居中布置、非标常规跨径梁数量以及大跨复杂结构数量等多因素的孔跨布置方案评价体系,建立以方案评价体系下得分最高为目标函数,同时满足控制约束、梁型库约束等条件的数学模型;同时,为了提高算法的效率和鲁棒性,引入深度优先搜索(DFS),采取离散化高程、多线程求解等措施,遍历生成可行方案,并通过方案评价体系评分优选方案,从而实现桥群孔跨方案的自动布置。基于上述方法,以广联达GDMP平台为底座,开发了公路桥群孔跨自动布置软件。应用软件生成某高速公路的桥群孔跨布置方案与人工设计的方案相近,证明该方法在实际工程中的可行性和实用性,显著提高桥群孔跨布置设计效率。The design process of highway bridge group span layout faces issues such as low automation,reliance on designersexperience,and a cumbersome,time-consuming manual process.To enhance the design efficiency of bridge group span layout and to realize software implementation of the design experience and engineering technology,this study summarized the business rules of bridge group span layout.An evaluation system for span layout was constructed,considering factors such as cost,number of encroaching piers,centralized control constraint layout,number of non-standard regular span beams,and number of large-span complex structures.A mathematical model was established with the objective of maximizing the score under the evaluation system,while meeting requirements including control and beam type library constraints.Meanwhile,to improve the efficiency and robustness of the algorithm,a depth-first search(DFS)approach was introduced,along with techniques such as discrete elevation and multi-threaded solving,to generate feasible solutions through comprehensive traversal.An evaluation system was then used to score the solutions,thereby automating the bridge group span layout.Based on these methods,the software for automatic bridge group span layout was developed on the Glodon GDMP platform.The software-generated span layout for a highway bridge group closely matched the manually designed layout,demonstrating the feasibility and practicality of the method in real-world engineering projects and significantly improving the design efficiency of bridge group span layout.
