摘 要:针对传统BIM正向设计中建模效率低、数据管理难、产品平台受限等问题,基于国产数维构件设计软件提供的GDMP图形引擎,自主研发了轨道桥梁全桥设计系统软件,为桥梁BIM正向设计提供一种新的、更加高效和精确的方法,并结合实际工程案例分析其在桥梁工程中的应用效果。使用C++编程语言对引擎接口进行自主研发及封装,提出“模型+数据”的桥梁BIM正向设计建模技术,实现了构件模板参数化生成及修改、构件实例数据管理及维护更新、方案自适应生成及更新迭代的全业务流程技术支持等功能。依托宜涪高速铁路项目,采用研发的轨道桥梁全桥设计系统软件,实现项目示范段范围桥梁的参数化建模、数据集成和可视化渲染,验证了技术的可行性及工程适用性。本文探索了国产引擎在桥梁BIM正向设计及应用中的可能性,为我国桥梁工程设计和管理提供理论支持和实践指导。In response to issues such as low modeling efficiency,difficult data management,and limited product platforms in traditional BIM forward design,a new,more efficient,and accurate method was developed based on the GDMP graphical engine provided by domestic digital component design software.A fully self-developed bridge design system software for railway bridges was developed to support BIM forward design,and the application results in bridge engineering were analyzed in conjunction with actual engineering cases.Using the C++programming language,the engine interface was independently developed and packaged.The“model+data”BIM forward design modeling technique for bridges was proposed,providing technical support for full business processes such as parametric generation and modification of component templates,management,and maintenance and update of component instance data,and adaptive generation and iterative updating of design schemes.Based on the Yifu High-speed Railway Project,the developed railway bridge design system software was used to implement parametric modeling,data integration,and visual rendering of bridges within the scope of the demonstration section,which verified the feasibility and engineering applicability of the technology.This paper explores the potential of domestic engines in the forward design and application for bridge BIM,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for bridge engineering design and management in China.
