摘  要:为有效控制金海特大桥斜拉索振动,针对1~6号斜拉索提出一种内置式剪切橡胶阻尼器,对于7~13号斜拉索提出一种电涡流杠杆质量阻尼器。选取典型斜拉索进行振动特性测试,并对阻尼参数进行针对性优化设计,实测分析表明,斜拉索主要表现为15阶以内的中低阶振动,振动模态处于阻尼器的设计控制范围,优化后的阻尼参数可满足减振技术要求。为验证阻尼器的实桥减振效果,在相同风环境下,对安装阻尼器前后的试验索进行风响应测试,并采用人工激励方式对安装阻尼器后的斜拉索进行实桥减振效果测试。结果表明,安装内置式剪切橡胶阻尼器的斜拉索,振动加速度幅值从1.3g降为0.02g,减振率达98.5%;安装电涡流杠杆质量阻尼器的斜拉索,振动加速度幅值从1.45g降为0.06g,减振率达95.7%;安装内置式剪切橡胶阻尼器的斜拉索对数衰减率在3%以上,安装电涡流杠杆质量阻尼器的斜拉索对数衰减率在3.6%以上,满足减振参数要求。研究内容和结果可为同类型桥梁的斜拉索减振提供技术参考。In order to effectively control the vibration of stay cables of Jinhai Super Major Bridge,an internal shear rubber damper is proposed for No.1 to No.6 stay cables,and an eddy current lever mass damper is proposed for No.7 to No.13 stay cables.Typical stay cables are selected to test the vibration characteristics,and the damping parameters are optimized.The measured analysis shows that the stay cable is mainly characterized by medium and low order vibration within 15 orders,and the vibration mode is in the design control range of the damper.The optimized damping parameters can meet the technical requirements of vibration reduction.In order to verify the damping effect of the damper on the real bridge,the wind response test before and after the installation of the damper is carried out under the same wind environment,and the damping effect of the real bridge is tested by the artificial excitation method.The results show that the vibration acceleration amplitude of the stay cable with built-in shear rubber damper is reduced from 1.3g to 0.02g,and the vibration reduction rate is 98.5%.The vibration acceleration amplitude of the stay cable with eddy current lever mass damper is reduced from 1.45g to 0.06g,and the vibration reduction rate is 95.7%.The logarithmic attenuation rate of the stay cable with the built-in shear rubber damper is more than 3%,and the stay cable with the eddy current lever mass damper is more than 3.6%,all meet the requirements of vibration reduction parameters.The research contents and results can provide technical references for the cable vibration reduction of the same type of bridge.
