摘  要:由于城市轨道交通系统复杂而庞大,存在数据零散无法共享、管理方法陈旧、运维成本高等问题。通过调研国内外轨道交通运维管理现状以及智慧化运维等方面应用,总结深圳市地铁集团有限公司运营的多条城市轨道交通运维管理经验,利用信息化技术,搭建基于BIM的运维管理系统,将庞大而离散的数据和设备系统信息进行有效整合,形成一种基于BIM车站的运维管理智慧化应用实施方案,并探索应用。实践应用表明,基于BIM的运维管理系统为分散信息与系统集成管理提供技术保障,运维过程的信息管理质量与效率得到有效提升,其中运维时间节省40%,成本节约12.5%,工程量精准计算提升12%。通过实践总结出值得借鉴的经验,为打造智慧化的城市轨道交通运营维护管理体系提供参考。Due to the complex and huge urban rail transit system,there are problems such as scattered data that cannot be shared,outdated management methods and high operation and maintenance costs.By investigating the status of urban rail transit operation and maintenance management at home and abroad,and the application of intelligent operation and maintenance,this paper summarizes the operation and maintenance management experiences of multiple urban rail transit operated by Shenzhen Metro Group Co.,Ltd.,uses information technology to build a BIM-based operation and maintenance management system,and effectively integrates huge and discrete data with equipment system information.A BIM based intelligent application implementation scheme is formed for station operation and maintenance management,and its application is explored.Practical application shows that,the BIM-based operation and maintenance management system built provides technical support for the integrated management of decentralized information and the system,the information management quality and efficiency of the operation and maintenance process are effectively improved,the operation and maintenance time is saved by 40%,the cost is saved by 12.5%,and the accurate calculation of engineering quantity is increased by 12%.Through the practice,worthy experiences are summed up to provide references for building a smart urban rail transit operation and maintenance management system.
