机织物断裂强力测试方法的比较与分析

摘　　要：断裂强力是纺织品机织物和其他类工艺产品的常规检测项目,本文比较机织物断裂强力测试方法条样法和抓样法的不同,选择样品,通过不同测试方法进行断裂强力试验,深入比较分析试验结果的数据差异及造成差异的原因。最后基于试验结果提出了相应的建议,以期为实验室和相关机构提供有价值的参考。The breaking strength is a routine testing item for textile woven fabrics and other processed products.This article compares the differences between the strip method and the grab method for testing the breaking strength of woven fabrics in details.Then,8 sets of woven fabrics with different fabrics are selected,and the two testing methods are used for the breaking strength test.The data differences and reasons for the differences in the test results are thoroughly compared and analyzed.Based on the experimental results,corresponding suggestions were proposed in order to provide valuable references for laboratories and related institutions.
