摘　　要：21世纪初的长篇公安侦破小说的叙事特点,即聚焦“人治”与“法治”的内在冲突,具体表现在人际关系对案件的影响。其价值取向是颂扬平凡英雄、抨击假丑恶。在叙事技术上传统与现代相结合,一定程度提升了公安侦破小说的文学性,使其成为雅俗共赏的文本。不足之处在于写暴露多于建设、写卑鄙多于高尚、写“人治”多于“法治”,意识形态过于凸显、情节“突转”过于频繁、宏大话语和议论话语过多,表明公安侦破小说的文学性还有提升的空间、人性的深度还有进一步开掘的可能。The narrative characteristics of early 21st century long-form police detective novels focus on the internal conflict between“rule by man”and“rule by law”,specifically manifested through the influence of interpersonal relationships on cases.Their value orientation lies in eulogizing ordinary heroes and criticizing falsehood,ugliness and evil,aiming to highlight literature’s didactic function.These novels combine traditional and modern narrative techniques,enhancing their literary quality to appeal to both refined and popular tastes.However,shortcomings include excessive emphasis on exposing flaws over constructive themes,depicting corruption over nobility,and prioritizing“rule by man”over“rule by law”,alongside overly prominent ideologies,frequent abrupt plot twists,and excessive use of grandiloquent and didactic discourse.These limitations suggest room for improving the literary depth of police detective novels and further exploring human complexity.
