摘　　要：忧患意识是中国共产党在一百多年来奋斗历程中淬炼的政治品质,与历史主动精神的生成与发展紧密关联。中国共产党人的忧患意识蕴含着历史主动精神的生成逻辑,而历史主动精神则始终彰显着中国共产党人忧患意识的价值意蕴。面对新征程中更加复杂的风险挑战,中国共产党人应当坚定历史自信、强化历史担当、勇于历史创造、提升历史自觉,进一步增强忧患意识,为全面推进中华民族伟大复兴提供更为主动的精神力量。Concern about the unexpected,closely related to the generation and development of the historical initiative,is the CPC s political quality tempered in the struggle of more than 100 years.It contains the generation logic of the historical initiative,which,in turn,highlights its value implication.In face of the increasingly complex risks and challenges in the new era,the CPC should be firm in historical confidence,shoulder its historical responsibility,be brave in historical creation,and enhance its historical consciousness so as to sharpen its concern about the unexpected and provide more proactive spiritual impetus for the comprehensive advancement of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
