摘 要:“双碳”目标下,研究电力技术进步对碳排放绩效的影响有助于电力技术创新与发展政策的制订,为优化区域减排政策设计提供科学依据。电力技术进步对碳排放绩效的空间杜宾模型实证结果表明:电力技术进步与碳排放绩效均呈空间集聚特征;电力技术进步能够提升本地碳排放绩效,同时还能促进邻近地区的碳排放绩效;电力技术进步对碳排放绩效的促进效应存在区域异质性,西部地区的促进效应最大;电力技术进步能够通过赶超效应和创新效应来助力碳排放绩效的提高,而领先效应发挥了负向作用。With the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals in sight,the progress of electricity technology has been accelerating,but its actual promoting effect and influence mechanism on carbon emission reduction are short of empirical tests.And achieving innovation-driven high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country.Using the data of China s 30 provinces from 2004 to 2020,This paper adopts the spatial Durbin model to investigate the impact of electricity technology advancement on carbon emission performance and the influence mechanism from the spatial spillover perspective.The results show that electricity technology advancement and carbon emission performance are both characterized by spatial agglomeration;electricity technology advancement reduces local carbon emission as well as that in the neighboring regions;there is regional heterogeneity in the effect of electricity technology advancement on carbon emission reduction performance,with the western regions enjoying the most noticeable reduction;electricity technology advancement can cut carbon emission through the catch-up effect and innovation effect,whereas it increases emission through the leading effect.
