摘 要:随着师德师风建设制度化、规范化进程的深入,师德问责作为考察教师师德责任履行水平的管理手段逐渐得到广泛应用。师德问责是责、权、利统一的教师身份保障之必需,身、心、智兼育的教育价值实现之急需,情、理、法并济的教育治理原则之应当。当前,师德问责在效用、标准及手段方面存在困境。对此,树立理性科学的问责观念、推进师德问责制度化发展、构建容错纠错的衔接机制,乃是提升师德问责效能的突围路径。As the construction of teaching ethics becomes more institutionalized and standardized,moral accountability has gradually been widely used as a management tool to examine how teachers fulfil their professional duties.It is a must for the protection of the teacher identity that is the combination of duty,right and interest;it is an urgent need for the realization of educational values that cover all physical,mental and intelligent education;it is a principle of educational governance where emotion,reason and law are interwoven.However,there are problems in the effectiveness,criteria and methods in implementing moral accountability at present.So,to solve these problems,we must cultivate a rational scientific notion of moral accountability,promote the development of moral accountability into a system and build a fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism to find the breakthrough paths for implementing teacher moral accountability.
