摘 要:工业控制单元产品是一种涵盖自动化、控制、系统集成及通信等多个领域的综合性产品。随着新技术与工业控制单元产品的融合,以5G和卫星互联网为代表的新型无线通信技术,提升了工业控制单元产品部署方式的灵活性;人工智能、大数据技术提高了工业控制单元产品的智能化程度,但新技术应用也给工业控制单元产品带来了通信安全及可靠性风险。为保障工业控制单元产品的稳定运行,检测人员需要了解新型无线通信技术及人工智能技术的原理,针对性开展工业控制单元产品安全检测。文章阐述了新型工业控制单元产品的安全检测难点,针对现有检测方法不足的问题,提出改进思路。Industrial control unit products are comprehensive products that cover multiple fields such as automation,control,system integration and communication.With the integration of new technologies and industrial control unit products,new wireless communication technologies represented by 5G and satellite internet have improved the flexibility of industrial control unit product deployment;artificial intelligence and big data technology have improved the intelligence level of industrial control unit products,but the application of new technologies has also brought communication security and reliability risks to industrial control unit products.To ensure the stable operation of industrial control unit products,testing personnel need to understand the principles of new wireless communication technology and artificial intelligence technology,and carry out targeted safety testing of industrial control unit products.This article elaborates on the safety testing difficulties of new industrial control unit products,and proposes improvement ideas to address the shortcomings of existing testing methods.
