摘　　要：创造绿色就业是实现绿色低碳转型和就业稳定增长协同增效的关键。按照概念—测度—驱动因素的逻辑主线,本文系统梳理了国内外绿色就业相关的前沿文献,并从行业、企业产品和生产过程及职业等视角,横向对比绿色就业概念的内涵与外延。结合各国绿色就业识别与测算的实践,从“自上而下”和“自下而上”两个角度归纳总结绿色就业的测度方法,评析其不足和挑战。在此基础上,从环境政策、技术创新和产业发展等维度,进一步梳理了驱动绿色就业发展的因素。最后,展望该领域未来可拓展的研究方向。本文对推动中国绿色就业领域研究发展,深化就业结构绿色转型认知,促进更充分更高质量就业具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。Creating green employment is the key to achieving green low-carbon transformation and stable employment growth synergy.According to the logical main line of concept-measurement-driving factors,this paper systematically combs the domestic and foreign frontier literature related to green employment.From the perspective of industry,enterprise products,production process and occupation,it compares the connotation and extension of the concept of green employment horizontally.With the practice of green employment identification and measurement in various countries,it summarizes the measurement methods of green employment from the two perspectives of“top-down”and“bottom-up”,evaluating its shortcomings and challenges.On this basis,the factors driving the development of green employment are further sorted out from the dimensions of environmental policy,technological innovation and industrial development.Finally,the research direction of this field is expected to expand in the future.This article has important theoretical and practical signifi-cance in promoting the development of research in the field of green employment in China,deepening the knowledge of green transformation of employment structure,and promoting fuller and higher quality employment.
