摘 要:聚氨酯混凝土是一种以聚氨酯代替沥青作为胶结料的低碳耐久型铺装材料,为探究其路用性能及力学性能受养生时间、浸水温度和浸水时长等因素的影响,首先研究连续浸水和间断浸水条件下聚氨酯混凝土的性能衰变规律,然后通过显著性分析量化三因素的影响程度,最后提出聚氨酯混凝土性能衰变预测模型。结果表明,养生时间越短、浸水温度越高、浸水时间越长,聚氨酯混凝土各项性能越弱;每次间断浸水后各性能均有一定程度恢复,经多次循环后恢复至12%~13%;养生时间、浸水时间对聚氨酯混凝土各项性能均有显著影响,浸水温度影响并不显著;建立了连续浸水条件下聚氨酯混凝土性能的衰变预测模型,其拟合度R2>0.90。Polyurethane concrete is a low-carbon and durable paving material that uses polyurethane instead of asphalt as a binder.The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of curing time,immersion temperature,and immersion time on the road performance and mechanical properties of polyurethane concrete.Firstly,the deterioration trend of the properties of polyurethane concrete was investigated under continuous and intermittent water immersion.Subsequently,the influence degree of above three factors was quantified through significance analysis.Finally,a model for predicting the performance degradation of polyurethane concrete was put forward.The results showed that the shorter the curing time,the higher the immersion temperature,and the longer the immersion time,the weaker the various properties of polyurethane concrete.After each intermittent immersion,all performance indicators are recovered to a certain extent,and reached 12%~13%after multiple cycles.Moreover,the curing time and immersion time exerted significant influences on the performance of polyurethane concrete,while the immersion temperature has no significant effect.Furthermore,a decay prediction model for the performance of polyurethane concrete under continuous immersion conditions was established,with a goodness of fit R2>0.90.
