摘  要:杭州外国语学院老校区艺体楼历史保护建筑为建造于20世纪60年代的砌体结构。根据安全鉴定及抗震鉴定结果,其墙体抗压、抗剪承载力均严重不满足鉴定标准的要求,房屋鉴定单元安全性评级为Du级,抗震一、二级鉴定结果显示结构需要进行抗震加固。对墙体加固的几种方法进行了综合比较,选取了板墙加固及高延混凝土加固2种增设面层加固方式进行计算分析。通过计算发现,低强度砂浆砌体结构采用板墙加固对抗压承载力的提升显著,且高于对抗剪承载力的提升,高延混凝土加固对于抗剪承载力的提升效果优于对抗压承载力的提升。当采用板墙加固,抗震综合能力指数并未充分反映板墙混凝土及钢筋变化的影响,需要补充试验研究。The art and sports building of the old campus of Hangzhou Foreign Studies University is a masonry structure built in the 1960s.According to the safety appraisal and seismic appraisal results,the compressive and shear bearing capacity of the wall seriously does not meet the requirements of the appraisal standards.The safety rating of the building appraisal unit is Du level,and the seismic first and second level appraisal results show that the structure needs seismic reinforcement.A comprehensive comparison was made on several methods of wall reinforcement,and two additional surface layer reinforcement methods,namely slab wall reinforcement and high extension concrete reinforcement,were selected for calculation and analysis.Through calculation,it was found that the use of slab wall reinforcement in low-strength mortar masonry structures significantly improves the compressive bearing capacity compared to the shear bearing capacity.High tensile concrete reinforcement has a better effect on improving the shear bearing capacity than on improving the compressive bearing capacity.When using slab wall reinforcement,the seismic comprehensive capacity index does not fully reflect the influence of changes in slab wall concrete and steel reinforcement,and additional experimental research is needed.
