摘　　要：我国监理制起步晚,监理对工程质量的监督管理基本上仅限于施工阶段,因此对施工阶段监理的质量管理动力研究具有重要的现实意义。利用PDCA循环理论建立了项目施工阶段质量管理监理的动力模型;解析了该动力模型系统内监理、业主和承包商的组织关系,研究了监理质量监督源于监理自身的、源于业主的以及源于承包商的动力,提出了提高监理质量和监督管理动力的策略,有效提升了监理的质量管理职能。The supervision system started late in our country,and the supervision and management of project quality is basically limited to the construction stage.Therefore,the research on the management dynamics of construction supervision is of important practical significance.The PDCA cycle theory is used to establish the dynamic model of quality supervision management in construction phase of construction project.The organizational relationship among supervisors,owners and contractors in the dynamic model system are studied,the motivation of supervision quality supervision from supervisors themselves,owners and contractors are studied,and the strategy of improving the motivation in the supervision and management system is put torward.The results showe it could effectively improve the quality management function of supervision.
