摘  要:在不同CdCl_(2)浓度下培养粪产碱杆菌(Alcaligenes faecalis),研究CdCl_(2)对胞外聚合物(EPS)产量及其吸附特性的影响。结果表明,当CdCl_(2)质量浓度为10 mg/L时,EPS产量最高,达到81.40 mg/g,其中蛋白质达到66.22 mg/g。此时EPS对Cd^(2+)吸附量最大,达到225.84 mg/g。荧光物质(色氨酸和酪氨酸类)、氨基酸(苯丙氨酸(PHE)、赖氨酸(LYS)、脯氨酸(PRO)、谷氨酸(GLU)、丝氨酸(SER)和丙氨酸(ALA))以及C=O、C—OH和C—O等官能团含量增加,是导致EPS吸附性能提升的主要原因。Cd^(2+)胁迫不仅提高EPS产量,而且改变EPS组分,使其展现出优异的吸附性能,在重金属去除及净化领域有一定应用前景。Alcaligenes faecalis was cultured at different CdCl_(2) concentrations to study its extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)production and adsorption characteristics.The results showed that the highest EPS production of 81.40 mg/g was achieved when the CdCl_(2) mass concentration was 10 mg/L,in which the protein reached 66.22 mg/g.The highest adsorption capacity of EPS for Cd^(2+)was also achieved,which reached 225.84 mg/g.The increased content of fluorescent substances(tryptophan and tyrosines),amino acids(PHE,LYS,PRO,GLU,SER and ALA),and functional groups such as C=O,C—OH and C—O were the main reasons for the enhanced adsorption performance of EPS.Cd^(2+)stress not only improved the EPS production,but also changed the components and showed better adsorption performance,which was promising for application in the field of heavy metal removal and purification.
