摘 要:为研究水生植被修复后阳澄湖沉积物污染情况,对阳澄湖各典型区域的沉积物碳、氮、磷含量进行了调查及污染评估,同时,还调查了沉积物各形态磷的分布特征。结果显示,植被修复后,全湖沉积物总磷(TP)含量逐年上升的趋势有所回转,沉积物有机质(OM)含量持续下降,但沉积物总氮(TN)含量有所上升。阳澄湖围网养殖区显现出了较高的有机污染及营养盐污染水平。沉积物OM与TP表现出了一定的同源性特征。在各调查点位中,沉积物磷形态以无机磷(IP)为主,钙结合态磷(Ca-P)为IP的主要成分。同时,水生植被对沉积物中生物有效磷(BAP)含量的削减发挥着重要作用。研究结果可为阳澄湖生态环境管理和保护提供科学依据。In order to study the pollution of sediments in Yangcheng Lake after aquatic vegetation restoration,the contents of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus in sediments of typical areas of Yangcheng Lake were investigated and the pollution assessment was carried out.At the same time,the distribution characteristics of various forms of phosphorus in sediments were also investigated.The results indicated that after vegetation restoration,the previously observed increasing trend of total phosphorus(TP)content in lake sediments had been mitigated.Meanwhile,the organic matter(OM)content in the sediments continued to decline,whereas the total nitrogen(TN)content showed an upward trend.The enclosure culture area of Yangcheng Lake showed high organic pollution and nutrients pollution.OM and TP showed certain homology characteristics.In each survey site,inorganic phosphorus(IP)was the main form of phosphorus in sediments,and calcium-bound phosphorus(Ca-P)was the main component of IP.At the same time,aquatic vegetation played an important role in reducing the content of bioavailable phosphorus(BAP)in sediments.The results could provide a scientific basis for the management and protection of ecological environment of Yangcheng Lake.
