摘  要:何首乌作为常用的中药材,具有多种药理作用,但其在未经过炮制处理时可能引起肝毒性反应。本文综述了近年来关于何首乌毒性物质基础及炮制减毒机制的研究进展。何首乌中的蒽醌类、二苯乙烯苷类和鞣质类成分与其肝毒性密切相关。研究表明,传统炮制方法和现代炮制技术能够通过减少这些有毒成分的含量,降低其肝毒性。文章还探讨了高压蒸制、微波处理等现代炮制技术对何首乌成分的影响,并提出了基于指纹图谱等方法的质量控制策略,以确保何首乌炮制品的安全性和有效性。此外,本文分析了何首乌肝毒性的机制,并建议未来应加强对炮制减毒机制的系统研究,以进一步提升何首乌相关产品的临床应用安全性。Polygonum multiflorum Thunb,a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine,possesses various pharmacological effects.However,unprocessed Polygonum multiflorum Thunb may induce hepatotoxicity.This article reviews recent research progress on the toxic substance basis of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb and the detoxification mechanisms through processing.The hepatotoxicity of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb is closely related to its anthraquinones,stilbenes,and tannins.Studies have shown that both traditional and modern processing techniques can reduce the content of these toxic components,thereby mitigating hepatotoxicity.The article also explores the impact of modern processing methods,such as high-pressure steaming and microwave treatment,on the components of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb,and proposes quality control strategies based on fingerprint analysis to ensure the safety and efficacy of processed Polygonum multiflorum Thunb products.Furthermore,the mechanisms underlying Polygonum multiflorum Thunb-induced hepatotoxicity are analyzed,and future research should fo-cus on systematically studying the detoxification mechanism of processing to enhance the clinical safety of Polygonum multiflo-rum Thunb-related products.
