摘 要:矿井工作面顶板疏放水过程中对疏放水量监测是矿井水害防治一项十分重要的工作,工作面疏放水量监测要求既能反映总体涌水情况,又能反映具体钻场对应大水钻孔疏放的细节信息。顶板砂岩水害严重的矿井一个工作面往往设计多个钻场,施工几百个疏放水钻孔,如何合理布设传感器对这几百个钻孔的涌水量进行有效监测,目前没有明确的标准,急需一种合适的分类管理方法来指导监测设计工作。为解决上述问题,将ABC分类管理方法引入到工作面疏放水量监测中,通过收集钻场涌水量、钻孔涌水量数据,运用双重ABC分类方法对钻场、钻孔进行科学分类,准确识别出重点监测对象,进而指导监测设计工作。该方法已成功在某矿11205工作面疏放水监测中进行了验证,通过对已施工98个钻孔进行分类,准确识别出21个关键钻孔作为监测对象,有效地解决了大量疏放水钻孔监测设计难题,取得了很好的效果。Monitoring the drainage volume during the process of roof drainage in mine working faces is a very important task for preventing and controlling mine water disasters.The monitoring of drainage volume in working faces should not only reflect the overall water inflow situation,but also the detailed information of the corresponding drainage of large water boreholes in specific drilling sites.In mines with severe water damage caused by sandstone roof,multiple drilling sites are often designed and hundreds of drainage boreholes are constructed on a single working face.There is currently no clear standard for how to reasonably deploy sensors to effectively monitor the water inflow of these hundreds of boreholes,and a suitable classification management method is urgently needed to guide the monitoring design work.To solve the above problems,the ABC classification management method is introduced into the monitoring of water discharge in the working face.By collecting data on water inflow in the drilling site and boreholes,the dual ABC classification method is used to scientifically classify the drilling site and boreholes,accurately identify key monitoring objects,and guide monitoring design work.This method has been successfully validated in the monitoring of drainage water in the 11205 working face of a certain mine.By classifying 98 boreholes that have been constructed,21 key boreholes were accurately identified as monitoring objects,effectively solving a large number of difficulties in the design of drainage water borehole monitoring and achieving good results.
