摘　　要：着眼大航天时代背景下卫星通信、遥感、导航一体化发展的长远需求,提出构建统一承载的天基信息支援数字基座的建设思路,设计了一体化的数字基座总体架构,包括硬件基座、数据基座、网络基座和服务基座的构建,并探讨了其在智慧地球建设、太空经济和科学研究中的应用前景。Focusing on the long-term needs of the integrated development of satellite communication,remote sensing and navigation in the context of the big space era,the paper builds a unified space-based information support digital base,and designs the overall architecture of the integrated proposes to build base,including the construction of hardware base,data base,network base and service base.Its application prospects in the construction of smart earth,space economy and scientific research are also discussed.
