摘  要:氨气是广泛应用于工业的气体,为防止其危害,研究以聚苯胺为敏感材料,充分利用其在不同pH值环境下电导率显著动态调谐的特性,并结合倾斜光纤光栅技术,成功制备了一种高灵敏度的氨气传感器。在氨气体积分数为25~500 ppm的环境中测试,传感器的透射光谱共振峰强度值呈现出连续的响应变化。在聚苯胺薄膜厚度为156 nm的条件下,传感器的响应与氨气浓度成线性关系,表现出良好的线性度(R^(2)=0.987 6)和高灵敏度(5.2×10^(-3) dB/ppm)。此外,传感器能在特定体积分数下表现出快速响应和稳定性,适用于长时间监测封闭环境中的氨气浓度。Ammonia is widely used in industrial applications,to avoid its hazards,this study utilized polyaniline as a sensitive material,fully exploiting its dynamically tunable conductivity properties under different pH environments,and combined it with tilted fiber Bragg grating technology,a highly sensitive ammonia sensor was successfully developed.Tested in environments with ammonia fractions ranging from 25 ppm to 500 ppm,the sensor exhibited continuous changes in transmission spectrum resonance peak intensity.With a polyaniline film thickness of 156 nm,the sensors response showed a linear relationship with ammonia con-centration,demonstrating good linearity(R^(2)=0.9876)and high sensitivity(5.2×10^(-3) dB/ppm).Additionally,the sensor dem-onstrated rapid response and stability at specific concentrations,making it suitable for long-term monitoring of enclosed environmentsammonia concentrations.
