摘 要:针对当前嵌入式图像抓拍存储系统体积大、功耗高,提出了一种体积小、功耗低、基于RISC-V单片机的图像采集存储系统。系统采用RISC-V架构的单片机CH565W作为系统主控,使用CMOS传感器作为图像采集前端,使用eMMC芯片作为图像存储介质。系统测试结果表明:上位机可以实时显示分辨率为1 600 pixel×1 200 pixel、帧率为15 fps的视频,系统在低功耗模式下功耗为6.5 mW,系统正常工作时,整机功耗为750 mW,图像数据的平均存储速率为3.43 MB/s。Aiming at the large volume and high power consumption of the current embedded image capture storage system,a small volume and low power consumption image capture storage system based on RISC-V single chip microcomputer was pro-posed.CH565W with RISC-V architecture was used as the main control of the system,CMOS sensor was used as the front end of image collection,and eMMC chip was used as the image storage medium.System test results show that the upper computer can display real-time video with a resolution of 1600 pixel×1200 pixel and frame rate of 15 fps.The power consumption of the sys-tem is 6.5 mW in low-power mode,and the power consumption of the whole system is 750 mW when the system is working nor-mally.The average storage rate of image data is 3.43 MB/s.
