摘  要:针对接触网状态监测无线传感网络节点的长寿命周期、低功耗传输的需求,研究了一种基于RSSI时间序列预测的发射功率自适应策略。通过基础实验分析通信链路质量的影响因素,并结合丢包率设置RSSI安全阈值;构建SSA-BP神经网络对RSSI进行时间序列预测,并通过实验得到最优预测窗口值;根据公式推导出各发射功率等级的RSSI临界范围,结合RSSI预测值和丢包率变化情况实现发射功率的自适应调节。实验结果显示,在发射功率自适应策略下,100~400 m内的传感器节点的丢包率稳定控制在1%以下,并且可以大幅降低传感器节点的功耗,使传感器节点的寿命最高延长至5.34 a。该策略满足通信可靠性的要求,并且有效延长了接触网状态监测节点的寿命,对接触网状态监测系统具有重要的应用价值。A transmission power adaptive strategy based on RSSI time series prediction was studied to meet the requirements of long lifespan and low power transmission for wireless sensor network nodes in contact network status monitoring.The influencing fac-tors of communication link quality was analyzed through basic experiments,and RSSI security threshold was set based on packet loss rate.SSA-BP neural network for time series prediction of RSSI was constructed and the optimal prediction window value was obtained through experiments.The RSSI critical range was derived for each transmission power level based on the formula,and a-daptive adjustment of transmission power by combining RSSI prediction values and packet loss rate changes was achieved.The ex-perimental results show that under the adaptive transmission power strategy,the packet loss rate of sensor nodes within 100~400 m is stably controlled below 1%,and the power consumption of sensor nodes can be greatly reduced,extending the lifespan of sensor nodes up to 5.34 a.This strategy meets the requirements of communication reliability and effectively extends the lifespan of con-tact network status monitoring nodes,which has important application value for contact network status monitoring systems.
