摘  要:【目的】2023年5—6月在江西省铜鼓县多花黄精上发现一种发生严重的叶斑病,为探究该病害病原,开展了多花黄精叶斑病病原鉴定的相关研究。【方法】通过野外病害样品的采集,采用组织分离法获得病原菌,并经过科赫式法则验证,结合形态学和分子生物学进行病原鉴定。【结果】江西省铜鼓县多花黄精叶斑病是由葡萄座腔菌Botryosphaeria dothidea真菌引起,症状表现为病斑初期为褐色小斑点,病斑慢慢变大,变成不规则形状或椭圆形,病部边缘呈棕黑色,中间颜色呈浅黄褐色,病害后期在病斑上有大量黑色小点;叶片发病严重时病斑中间组织坏死,严重时引起地上部分枯死。【结论】明确了江西省铜鼓县多花黄精叶斑病病原,为今后开展该病的防控提供了理论参考。[Objective]In May-June 2023,a leaf spot disease was discovered on Polygonatum cyrtonema in Tonggu County,Jiangxi Province.To investigate the cause of the disease,relevant researches were conducted.[Method]Disease samples were collected in the field,the pathogens were obtained by tissue separation method,and also were verified by Koch’s rule,and the pathogens were identified by combining morphology and molecular biology.[Result]The pathogen of leaf spot fungus on Polygonatum cyrtonema was identified as Botryosphaeria dothidea.The symptoms were described as follows:small brown spots were found in the early stage of the lesions,gradually expanding the lesions,forming an oval or irregular shapes on the surface of the leaves,and the edges of the lesions were brown and black,the middle color was light yellow brown,and there were a large number of small black spots on the lesions in the later stage of the disease.In severe cases,the middle tissue of the leaf plaques was necrotic,and the aboveground part even died.[Conclusion]The study provides references for the prevention and control of leaf spots on Polygonatum cyrtonema in the future.
