摘 要:【目的】针对采集于江西官山国家级自然保护2份丝盖伞属(Inocybe)标本进行物种鉴定。【方法】采用形态特征分析与分子系统学相结合的方法,运用最大似然法和贝叶斯法构建基于核糖体大亚基(nuLSU)的系统发育树,最终完成标本的分类鉴定。【结果】2份丝盖伞属标本分属于水疱状丝盖伞(Inocybe. hydrocybiformis)和拟枪丝盖伞(Inocybe. subradiata)。【结论】通过与中国已记载的丝盖伞属(Inocybe)物种的形态及分子数据比对,研究确认水疱状丝盖伞(I. hydrocybiformis)和拟枪丝盖伞(I. subradiata)为中国新纪录种,该发现丰富了江西省大型真菌的生物多样性本底资料。[Objection]This study aimed to conduct a taxonomic identification of two Inocybe specimens collected from the Jiangxi Guanshan National Nature Reserve.[Method]The analysis combined morphological characteristics with molecular phylogeny.The ribosomal LSU gene regions were amplified,and the phylogenetic tree was constructed by using both the maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference methods to facilitate the polyphasic classification and identification of the specimens.[Result]The two specimens of Inocybe were identified as Inocybe hydrocybiformis and Inocybe subradiata,respectively.[Conclusion]By comparing the morphological and molecular data of Inocybe species documented in China,this study confirms the presence of Inocybe hydrocybiformis and Inocybe subradiata as new records in China.This discovery significantly enriches the biodiversity background information of macro-fungi in Jiangxi Province.
