摘　　要：【目的】通过对小浪底水利枢纽和下游堤坝白蚁类害虫进行广泛调查取样,甄别白蚁种类,为该区域堤坝白蚁精准防控提供科学数据。【方法】通过形态分类特征鉴定和分子方法验证,综合鉴定了54份样本。【结果】小浪底水利枢纽区白蚁的种类为2种,洛阳土白蚁(Odontotermes luoyangensis)和圆唇散白蚁(Reticulitermes labralis);下游堤坝的白蚁种类为3种,洛阳土白蚁(Odontotermes luoyangensis)、圆唇散白蚁(Reticulitermes labralis)和黑胸散白蚁(Reticulitermes chinensis)。其中,39份样本是洛阳土白蚁(Odontotermes luoyangensis),14份样本是圆唇散白蚁(Reticulitermes labralis),1份为黑胸散白蚁(Reticulitermes chinensis)。【结论】DNA序列相似性的结果表明洛阳土白蚁与黑翅土白蚁为同一种,圆唇散白蚁的分类地位仍需进一步确定。[Objective]The extensive sampling and surveys of termite pests were conducted to identify termite species and provide scientific data for precise control measures in Xiaolangdi dam region.[Method]A total of 54 samples were identified by using morphological characters and DNA barcoding.[Result]Two species were identified in the dam region:Odontotermes luoyangensis and Reticulitermes labralis.Apart from,Odontotermes luoyangensis,Reticulitermes labralis,and Reticulitermes chinensis were found in the downstream dikes of the dam.Among these samples,39 samples were identified as Odontotermes luoyangensis,14 samples as Reticulitermes labralis,and 1 sample as Reticulitermes chinensis.[Conclusion]The results of DNA sequence similarity indicate that Odontotermes luoyangensis is the synonym of Odontotermes formosanus.The taxonomic status of Reticulitermes labralis requires further investigation.
