摘  要:【目的】为了对疑似鸽痘病进行快速鉴别,为该病防控和治疗提供一定的科学依据。【方法】试验对某鸽养殖场10例疑似鸽痘病例进行了临床诊断和病理解剖,并采集病变组织进行PCR检测与测序分析。【结果】病鸽皮肤上可见针尖至黄豆大小的灰黄色结节,数个结节融合现象;部分病鸽在口腔、咽喉、气管和食道等部位出现痘疹。基因序列比对分析发现,该鸽养殖场毒株鸽痘病毒与金丝雀痘病毒、鹌鹑痘病毒以及来自匈牙利的禽痘病毒(KC017969.1)同源性超过99%;与来自埃及的FWPV株、匈牙利(KC017971.1)、西班牙(KC017980.1)、夏威夷(KC017965.1)、Khitam-W19virion(PP537786.1)的鸽痘病毒同源性为100%。【结论】该鸽场的病原体是鸽痘病毒,研究结果为鸽痘病毒种属间的病毒鉴别,以及禽痘病毒确诊断提供一定的参考价值。[Objective]The purpose of this paper is to study the accurate identification of pigeon pox disease,and to provide certain scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease.[Method]Ten suspected pigeon pox cases in a pigeon farm were clinically diagnosed and pathologically dissected,and the diseased tissues were collected for PCR detection and sequencing analysis.[Result]The results showed that there were grayish yellow nodules from needle tip to soybean size,and several nodules were fused.Some of the pigeons had acne in the mouth,throat,trachea and esophagus.The comparison and analysis of gene sequence showed that the homology of pigeon pox virus from pigeon farm was over 99%with canary pox virus,quail pox virus and avian pox virus from Hungary(KC017969.1).It had 100%homology with pigeon pox virus from Egypt(FWPV),Hungary(KC017971.1),Spain(KC017980.1),Hawaii(KC017965.1)and Khitanm-W19 Virion(PP 537786.1).[Conclusion]The results showed that the pathogen of the pigeon farm was pigeon pox virus,which provided some reference value for virus identification among pigeon pox viruses and accurate diagnosis of avian pox virus.
