摘  要:植物内生菌是一类生活在植物组织内部的微生物,近年来被发现其中的部分种类能显著提高植物的抗旱性能。植物内生菌具有促进植物根系生长、调节气孔导度、增强渗透调节能力、优化离子平衡以及激活抗氧化防御系统等功能,有效提升了宿主在干旱条件下的生存能力。此外,这些内生菌还能通过调节植物激素的合成与信号传导进一步促进植物对干旱环境的适应。尽管植物内生菌在提高植物抗旱性方面展现出巨大潜力,但其在实际应用中的推广仍面临技术瓶颈、成本高昂以及公众认知不足等挑战。未来,研究者可以继续深化对植物内生菌抗旱机制的理解,优化生产工艺,降低成本,并加强科普宣传,以期充分发挥植物内生菌在提高植物抗旱性中的作用,为农业可持续发展提供有力支持。Endophytic bacteria is a type of microorganisms living within plant tissues,and in recent years,some species have been found to significantly improve the drought resistance of plants.By promoting plant root growth,regulating stomatal conductance,enhancing osmotic regulation ability,optimizing ion balance,and activating antioxidant defense systems,endophytic bacteria in plants effectively enhance the host's survival ability under drought conditions.In addition,these endophytic bacteria can further promote plant adaptation to arid environments by regulating the synthesis and signal transduction of plant hormones.Although endophytic bacteria have shown great potential in improving plant drought resistance,their promotion in practical applications still faces challenges such as technical bottlenecks,high costs,and insufficient public awareness.In the future,researchers can continue to deepen their understanding of the drought resistance mechanism of endophytic bacteria in plants,optimize production processes,reduce costs,and strengthen science popularization and publicity,in order to fully leverage the role of endophytic bacteria in improving plant drought resistance and provide strong support for sustainable agricultural development.
