摘 要:hnRNP A1是一种参与转录调控和m RNA剪接等细胞调控的RNA结合蛋白,在发现之初被鉴定为端粒DNA结合蛋白,但随着研究的深入,发现其与神经退行性疾病及癌症等多种疾病相关。高效准确的hnRNP A1检测对于疾病诊断和治疗至关重要。随着生物医学技术的飞速发展,胶体金免疫层析技术因其快速、简便和低成本的优势,在蛋白质分析中广泛应用。通过探讨胶体金色免疫层析技术用于检测hnRNP A1的可能性及其在操作、速度和成本上的优势,为早期诊断和治疗提供新思路。hnRNP A1 is an RNA-binding protein involved in cellular regulation,including transcriptional regulation and mRNA splicing.The protein was initially identified as a telomeric DNA-binding protein and further found to participate in various diseases,such as neurodegenerative disorders and cancer.Therefore,efficient and accurate detection of hnRNP A1 is critical for hnRNP A-associated disease diagnosis and therapy.With the rapid advancement of biomedical technology,colloidal gold immunochromatography has been widely used in the protein analysis due to its advantages of rapidity,simpleness,and low-cost.This article explores the possibility of using this technique for the detection of hnRNP A1 and highlights its advantages in operation,speed,and cost,providing new insights for early diagnosis and treatment.
