摘 要:噬菌体用于替代抗生素和化学药剂防治植物细菌病害,近年来受到广泛关注。噬菌体具有专一性裂解细菌的特性,其种类丰富,在生态系统中广泛存在。利用噬菌体防治植物细菌病害的应用与日俱增,已有多个成功案例表明噬菌体能有效降低植物细菌病害的发病率。然而,噬菌体应用仍面临一些问题,如噬菌体长期保存的活性、环境因素、不同噬菌体之间的相互作用等都可能影响噬菌体的防治效果。根据噬菌体的特性提出了噬菌体疗法的研究重点,并对噬菌体在植物细菌病害生物防治中的发展前景进行了展望。Bacteriophages have received widespread attention in recent years for their use as a substitute for antibiotics and chemical agents in controlling plant bacterial diseases.Bacteriophages have the specific characteristics of bacterial lysis and are diverse in species,widely present in ecosystems.The use of bacteriophages to control plant bacterial diseases is increasing day by day.Many successful cases have shown that bacteriophages can effectively reduce the incidence rate of plant bacterial diseases.However,the application of bacteriophages still faces some problems,such as the long-term preservation activity of bacteriophages,environmental factors,and interactions between different bacteriophages,which may affect the preventive and therapeutic effects of bacteriophages.This article proposes the research priorities for phage therapy based on the characteristics of bacteriophages,and anticipates the development prospects of bacteriophages in the biological control of plant bacterial diseases.
