摘 要:斜沟煤矿掘进工作面通风调控方法难以动态控制出风口风流,致使掘进面风量偏小,引发有毒有害气体、煤尘积聚,文章以+700 m水平南翼胶带大巷掘进工作面为研究对象,研究原始风场的缺陷并结合风流调整要求,研发一种气动式风流调控装置,同时分析装置的控制、机械、气动执行系统的研发方案。借助ANSYS Workbench软件开展数值模拟研究装置的安全系数和最大应力,模拟结果均满足强度要求。基于FluidSIM软件开展仿真研究,装置具备自动或手动开展既定动作的能力。现场试验风流调控装置发现:在风筒末端距+700 m水平南翼胶带大巷掘进面迎头5 m、10 m位置测定此处风速和粉尘质量浓度,风速均达到要求,粉尘质量浓度均明显下降,减小了30%以上,显著改善了作业环境。Aiming at the difficulty of dynamic control of outlet air flow in the ventilation control method of excavation face in Xiegou Coal Mine,resulting in small air volume of excavation face and accumulation of toxic and harmful gases and coal dust,taking the excavation face of +700 m horizontal south wing duct lane as the research object,the defects of the original wind field were studied and combined with air flow adjustment requirements,a pneumatic air flow control device was developed.At the same time,the research and development plan of the control,mechanical and pneumatic execution system of the device is analyzed.The safety factor and maximum stress of the device were studied by numerical simulation using ANSYS Workbench software,and the simulation results all met the strength requirements.Simulation research was carried out based on FluidSIM software,and it was obtained that the device has the ability to carry out the given actions automatically or manually.The field test of the air flow control device found that:the wind speed and dust concentration were measured at 5 m and 10 m from the end of the wind duct to the driving face of the south wing belt main roadway at the level of +700 m.The wind speed met the requirements,and the dust concentration decreased significantly by more than 30%,significantly improving the working environment.
