摘 要:为了获得重力热管在储煤堆中的合理布置参数,取得最佳的降温效果,基于重力热管传热理论模型,通过Comsol数值模拟和试验研究的手段,研究储煤堆高温热源与重力热管埋入储煤堆的参数之间的关系,模拟结果发现:热管埋入储煤堆的深度对高温热源点的影响比热管埋入储煤堆的倾角对高温热源点的影响大;当重力热管埋入储煤堆的倾角相同时,重力热管埋入储煤堆的长度越长,发挥出的降温效果越理想,当重力热管距离高温热源点越近,发挥的降温效果越好;当重力热管埋入的长度不变时,热管埋入储煤堆的倾角分别是60°、90°、45°、30°时,热源的温度下降程度逐步减弱;当重力热管埋入储煤堆的深度和倾角分别为60 cm和60°时,热源的温度下降幅度最大,达到61.2℃,发挥了最佳的降温效果。试验结果发现:重力热管埋入储煤堆的现场试验合理参数与仿真结果基本吻合,温度下降速度整体变化趋势和模拟结果基本相似;热管温度下降速度伴随倾角增加先下降后上升,当热管埋入储煤堆倾角为60°时,温度下降速度最快。In order to obtain the reasonable layout parameters of the gravity heat pipe in the coal storage pile and achieve the best cooling effect,based on the heat transfer theoretical model of the gravity heat pipe,the relationship between the high-temperature heat source in the coal storage pile and the parameters of the gravity heat pipe buried in the coal storage pile was studied through Comsol numerical simulation and experimental research.The simulation results show that the depth of the gravity heat pipe buried in the coal storage pile has a greater impact on the high-temperature heat source point than the inclination angle of the gravity heat pipe buried in the coal storage pile.When the inclination angle of the gravity heat pipe buried in the coal storage pile is the same,the longer the length of the gravity heat pipe buried in the coal storage pile,the better the cooling effect.When the gravity heat pipe is closer to the high-temperature heat source point,it can achieve a better cooling effect.When the length of the gravity heat pipe buried in the coal storage pile remains unchanged,the temperature drop of the heat source gradually weakens as the inclination angle of the heat pipe buried in the coal storage pile is 60°,90°,45°,and 30° respectively.When the depth and inclination angle of the gravity heat pipe buried in the coal storage pile are 60 cm and 60° respectively,the temperature drop of the heat source reaches the maximum,up to 61.2 ℃,achieving the best cooling effect.The experimental results show that the reasonable parameters of the on-site test of the gravity heat pipe buried in the coal storage pile are basically consistent with the simulation results,and the overall trend of the temperature drop rate is basically similar to the simulation results.The temperature drop rate of the heat pipe first decreases and then increases with the increase of the inclination angle,and when the inclination angle of the heat pipe buried in the coal storage pile is 60°,the temperature drop rate reaches the hig
