摘 要:为确定王庄煤矿顺层抽采“三花”钻孔的合理设计参数,基于修正的P-M模型建立了瓦斯抽采过程的流固耦合模型,并通过模拟软件分析了“三花”钻孔不同抽采条件下,煤层有效抽采区域的变化情况,最后结合现场,通过流量计法对有效抽采半径进行了检测,证明此次模拟研究的有效性。结果表明,抽采负压的变化对有效抽采区域影响并不明显,而钻孔孔径的增加能够有效地增大有效抽采区域。随着多钻孔水平间距的不断增加,钻孔终端明显出现抽采不达标区域,并逐渐向开孔处延伸。由于施工难度及成本问题,在综合考虑之下确定王庄煤矿“三花”顺层钻孔的孔径为94 mm,抽采负压为10~20 kPa,钻孔水平间距为3 m,研究结果为现场钻孔设计提供了一定的理论依据。In order to determine the reasonable design parameters of “Sanhua” borehole in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,a fluid-structure coupling model of gas extraction process was established based on the modified P-M model.The change of effective extraction area of coal seam under different extraction conditions of “Sanhua” borehole is analyzed by simulation software.Finally,the effective extraction radius is tested by flowmeter method,which proves the validity of the simulation study.The results show that the change of negative pumping pressure has no obvious effect on the effective pumping area,and the increase of borehole diameter can effectively increase the effective pumping area.With the increasing horizontal spacing of multiple boreholes,the extraction sub-standard area appears obviously at the end of the borehole and gradually extends to the opening hole.Due to the difficulty and cost of construction,the borehole diameter of “Sanhua” bedding in Wangzhuang Coal Mine is determined to be 94 mm,the negative pressure of extraction is 10~20 kPa,and the horizontal spacing of drilling is 3 m.The research results provide a certain theoretical basis for the design of in-situ drilling.
