摘 要:为提高定向顺层长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯区域防突措施效果,以伏岩煤业3122回风巷正副巷掘进区域消突为工程背景,通过现场试验、理论计算、对比分析等方法,展开水力冲孔造穴工艺应用试验研究。研究表明,相同条件下,水力冲孔后的顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采速率和抽采纯量明显大于普通钻孔,冲孔后有效抽采半径也明显增大,确定3122回风巷正副巷掘进区域顺层钻孔应采用冲孔钻孔和普通钻孔交替布置的方法,预计可取得较好的消突效果及经济效益。研究结果可为矿井区域防突方案的设计提供借鉴。To enhance the effectiveness of the regional outburst prevention measure of pre-draining coal seam gas through long parallel holes,taking the outburst prevention in the 3122 return airway main and auxiliary road excavation area of Fuyan Coal Industry as the engineering background,the application test research of hydraulic hole flushing and cavity formation technology was carried out through on-site experiments,theoretical calculations,and comparative analyses.The research shows that under the same conditions,the gas drainage rate and pure drainage volume of the parallel holes after hydraulic hole flushing are significantly greater than those of ordinary holes,and the effective drainage radius also increases significantly.It is determined that the parallel holes in the 3122 return airway main and auxiliary road excavation area should be arranged alternately with flushing holes and ordinary holes,which is expected to achieve better outburst prevention effects and economic benefits.The research results can provide important guidance value for the design of regional outburst prevention schemes in mines.
