高位长钻孔在采煤工作面回风隅角瓦斯治理中的应用

摘  要:为解决采煤工作面回风隅角瓦斯集聚问题,以6505综放工作面为研究对象,针对性设计高位长钻孔瓦斯抽采方案并进行工程应用。现场应用后,6505综放工作面正常回采期间,回风隅角瓦斯体积分数控制在0.57%以内,瓦斯体积分数波动较小且始终在安全范围内。研究结果表明,高位长钻孔是一种有效的瓦斯治理手段,可实现顶板裂隙瓦斯有效抽采,拦截回风隅角瓦斯涌出,为煤炭安全高效回采创造良好条件。In order to solve the problem of gas accumulation and high concentration in the mining corner of coal face,the 6505 fully-mechanized caving face is taken as the research object,and the gas extraction scheme of high long borehole is designed and applied in engineering.After the field application,the gas concentration in the corner of the return air during the normal mining of the 6505 fully-mechanized caving face is controlled within 0.57%,and the gas concentration fluctuates little and is always within the safe range.The research results show that the high long borehole is an effective gas control method,which can realize the effective gas extraction in the roof crack,block the gas emission in the corner of the return air,and create good conditions for the safe and efficient coal mining.
