摘 要:为实现采面瓦斯高效治理,针对贺西煤矿4306智能化综采工作面煤层赋存、瓦斯涌出特征,针对性提出瓦斯治理技术方案并进行工程应用。通过回采巷道内布置的顺层钻孔进行本煤层瓦斯预抽;四采区东翼底抽巷(采面底抽巷)内布置的底板定向长钻孔对下覆煤层卸压瓦斯进行抽采及拦截;材料巷内钻孔插管进行采空区瓦斯抽放,同时布置顶板裂隙钻孔拦截采空区瓦斯涌出。工程应用后,4306智能化综采工作面回采期间,工作面内、回风巷中瓦斯体积分数均在0.42%、0.65%以内,瓦斯治理效果显著。To achieve efficient gas control in the mining face,a targeted gas control technology plan was proposed and applied in the 4306 intelligent fully-mechanized mining face of Hexi Coal Mine based on the characteristics of coal seam occurrence and gas outflow.Specifically,pre-drainage of gas in the coal seam was carried out through parallel holes arranged in the mining roadway.Long directional holes in the bottom drainage alley of the fourth mining area's east wing(the bottom drainage alley of the mining face)were used to extract and intercept the depressurized gas from the underlying coal seam.Gas drainage from the goaf was conducted through pipe insertion in the holes in the material roadway,and top plate fissure holes were arranged to intercept the gas outflow from the goaf.After the application of the project,during the mining period of the 4306 intelligent fully-mechanized mining face,the gas concentrations in the working face and the return airway were both kept within 0.42% and 0.65% respectively,demonstrating a significant effect of gas control.
